I got severe back pain and I couldn’t even stand from the bed. After two days of painkiller injection at home, I moved to the hospital. The doctor said I had disc bulging. Meds and bed rest for two weeks.Still no relief. So by the recommendation of my neighbor I tried Arogyahz Yoga therapy. Few days only I became fine.
